How can we make Hoeven Elementary better?
https://bit.ly/HoevenSuggestions
Welcome to John Hoeven Elementary School.
John Hoeven Elementary opened for the 2016-17 school year. Our school building is new and modern, but it is our staff and students that make it a beautiful place. Hoeven Elementary strives to create a sense of family, and a strong community spirit.
Hoeven is currently a four-section school with a population of 510 students. We teach students in grades K to 5 and house a special education preschool program. We are committed to ensuring that each student is met at their instructional level each day, and that the school is a happy and safe place for learning and growing.
We are fortunate to have a strong staff dedicated to growing professionally and always seeking to make our school the best it can be.
Become a part of our school community! Parents are valuable partners, and we encourage our parents to visit our school, talk with your teachers, volunteer in the classroom, follow our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/JohnHoevenElementary), join our PTO, and participate in all the great activities that we have planned each school year.
As we collaborate with you to educate your child, we invite you share about your child, ask about the curriculum, and seek ways that you can best help from home. The relationship between home and school is vital for the educational and emotional growth of our Hawks!
Sincerely,
John Alstad, Principal
